Option to receive only non full rooms

Option to receive only non full rooms

Hi

Don't know if I'm repeating someone - but I think it would be great to be able to specify that I only need rooms that are not full(userCount < maxUsers) when I call the getRoomList method. This way I can save a lot of bandwidth. Also maybe you'll need to add and new event that indicates that room is no longer full.
