Connecting Twice

Not sure whether this qualifies as a bug but I thought I'd note it anyways.

Took me a while to figure out why I was having trouble sending data to and from the server. turns out, in a dynamically loaded .swf that shared the root with its parent (and thus the smartfoxClient), I was calling smartFoxClient.connect a second time. From that point on I couldn't send messages from the client to the extension, nor could I send messages from the extension back to the client.

May help someone out in the future if you add something to the debugging output or make it an error condition whereby if you have an open connection and try to reconnect to the same thing it gives you a message.

Anyhow, I'm loving smartfox. Keep up the great work!
