flash mmo $ paid

I am looking for a engine for a flash mmo rpg type game...

i want the game to be able to:

1: login/ logout load variables for each player save variables / equipment
2: chat friends system
3: avatar with other players on at same time on same map
4: shop system for equipment
5: party system where players can team up together and effect each others variables

I want to be able to make the game in as3 so all of this needs to be accessable in as3 flash/flex code
i want you to set up a hosting package with this all working online that i can later edit

I realize your engine could do a few of these things or all of this already but would like the system working on a hosting package so i have nothing to do but edit as3 code
so please bid accordingly
