I need to use blazeDS and I insert it into your server webapps folder and it works ok .. but.....

is it possible use BlazeDS together your server ?

I have no idea If it's a regular servlet yes it will work without problems. If you say that it works, then what is your question exactly?

I'm not java developer , so my dubt was on conflicts and decline smartfoxserver performance .

None of those are likely.
There's no good reason to think that a framework could interfere directly with SmartFoxServer. Of course it's usage might require additional CPU and RAM resources which in turn might affect the overall performance but this would be an indirect "interference".

In other words it's like saying, for example, that a database server could interfere with SmartFoxServer. Directly no, but indirectly... yes it's possible if it drains the hardware resources.

In any case, if you go ahead with this let us know how it goes
