.FLA file HELP!

hello again man.
i realy need help with 2 main things so if u could just plz tell me these 2 wuld b great.

Where can i find the .FLA file?
like isit in server folder or....?

and

"Now bring the playhead on the "connect" label and open the Actionscript panel (F9). " what do you mean by that F9 doesnt work on normal internet window or when im testing a game i try to oress "f9" and it does'nt seem to work

Could you please help me out here.

F9 should be pressed in the Flash IDE
It's a shortcut for opening the Actionscript editor
