Admin password

I was wondering, are the admin password I enter in the server configuration transmitted in the clear? It shows up as plain text instead of the **** in the Remote admin datagrid.

I'm pretty sure it's encrypted.

I'm pretty sure he means in the admin panel, and I would say that unless they use public/private key in the flash application, its passed in the clear. the lack of masking hints that it isn't. I know within the application that it doesn't, but the admin panel is another thing.

By default SFS2X encrypts passwords sent at login, so I would be surprised if their own admin panel didn't.
