Suppose I buy an unlimited license for a server. Later I want to make a cluster of multiple servers. Will I need to buy a license for each server or, the one I already bought will work for all of them?

You will need to purchase one license for each separate server (or IP address).

Suppose I buy 2 licenses for 500 users each.

And I make a cluster of both the servers running on same IP Address. How many users will be able to connect to the server?
