[ERROR] The supplied index is out of bounds

Hi there,

I'm getting this error â€” http://cl.ly/2f0U0a3i0y3F1h1W3L3O

unfortunately i can reproduce this. It happens on rare occasions but it keeps happening, and causes the game/website to freeze

Any clues why this is happening?
