Send Admin Message from Server Extension

Can someone point me to the method of sending admin messages from a Java Extension? I've seen a couple of threads that say it is possible and to look at the documentation. However, I only see was to do it in relation to the KickUser and BanUser methods. I would like to send warnings to user's without actually kicking or banning them.

You'll need to use sendGenericMessage method to send an admin message.
