different behaviour in getBooleanValue after update

Hello, recently (2 weeks ago) I have installed a patch for Smartfox Server Pro according to an email received from SmartFoxServer Support. After this update boolean room variables need to be defined as 1 or 0, not true or false..
Although it's very easy to solve I'm worry about possible side effects and need to know why this change was done.

Which version did you upgrade from and what do you mean with "getBooleanValue"?

I am not sure what you are referring to?
Can you please show me an example?
