Coding Certain Extentions and Classes..

I have a few things I need done, since I am doing this all by myself, I am shopping around for some pay-per-project help.
Example, I'm on smartfoxpro and need a few things like a User Apartment to let the user create and drop their inventory items in, and have it stored in mysql. Would need a class for this to drop in and example calls, extension for server side.

Willing to discuss reasonable rates for your time on each project.
