My project requirement: I need to call users from my application which is hosted via sfs.If i Configure redbox, will I be able to call users by their numbers, or can do video chat? (like whatsapp calling/video calling ). Instead of application to application, will i be able to call them using their numbers?

Hi,
no this is not based on peer-to-peer communication and doesn't use telephone numbers, it uses a client-server model, where all users connect to the same server to chat or make conferences.

Keep also in mind that the Redbox works only for Flash-based clients.
