can't connection

Hi, all
My smartfox server can't link to the outside world.
I setup the server in one local lan, with one router to connect to public network.
If I connect to the public ip address UNDER the router, I can connect to the server using bluebox.
But unfortunetly, my friend can't connect to the server using blue box. It is still connecting status.
