we need a developer in order to develop a chatting application(android), this application is supposed to have following features:

1. user uses the app without login. the device id is used as the username to recognize the user in the chat.
2. all chats need to be stored in the database.
3. chat supposed to be started with a random user. to illustrate first user sends the chat request and the second one is chosen randomly within the app users and these two start chatting.
4. user's chat history is shown within the app.
5. the ability to send photo and voice is needed as well.
