Server time

I'm sure this would be easy for you to do but I think it would be nice if there was a method on the SmartFoxClient to get the current server time if possible taking into account the latency between client and server. I would invisage it returning a unix timestamp in milliseconds..

In the meantime I will just construct one myself.
