1. The chat is designed to be placed on other websites. Our site is primarily used to achieve that goal, and help visitors find other WebbyChat enabled sites. Right now, not so many, but hopefully having a directory would be worthwhile to come back.
2. Other chat rooms take place on a dedicated chat page. Visitors have to pause on that page to chat.
Our chat takes place ACROSS THE WEBSITE. It is designed to enhance the site and allow the user to keep browsing but ask for help at any point if needed.

What is your business plan?
Your product obviously users smartfox (it shouldn't be here otherwise), and hence needs a server. Servers cost money yet you are offering the chat product free for sites (only the client code I presume).
Will you charge on usage? Will it be ad-ware? Will you have a scaled offering? Do you plan to release the server code? Will it be opensource or a commercial venture?
It would be interesting to share this as I think many budding developers fail to ask the question, "how will we make money from this", and what was a good idea then fades into the archived folders.

We do have a detailed business plan. I can't really disclose any more than that, but I can tell you it is NOT advertising based. For new developers I would certainly urge all ADVERTISING BASED online business plans to think about an alternate source of revenue.
We like to think that it is still 2000 and we an get $20 CPM, but you are much more likely to receive ten cents CPM nowadays.

Just a question is there any way to change the webby chat button to say something else like my chat box. Or to change the design of the chat box to your likings so like I can change it to the color theme of my site or something.
