Need Developer for basic avatar chat

I need to make a basic avatar chat with a max. of 5 users.
I will have another webpage (or the same) were users sign, do other stuff and if they want they are put into the avatar chat.

But if i have 50 users I need 10 different sessions (5 users per session).
Users from the same session cannot chat with users of other sessions.

I could provide drawings in flash to make your job easier and "lower cost" or I can get the full quote.

I need a cost estimation and options available for this.
