which version of red5 is used?

Hello,

I notice red5 0.7 final is out now.

Is this the one bundled with the latest sfs?

No. We are still using 0.6.
I think you shouldn't have any problems installing your custom version, the RedBox API should continue to work without problems.

I just ugraded seamlessly to red5 release 0.8 (0.9 RC1 is already out) by copying the lib folder over

works fine
