I'm looking for an experienced flash game developer who has experience with tile-based, Zynga style gameplay. In terms of gameplay and complexity, the game will be like a simplified fusion of Happy Island and Cafe World.

I'm building a simple prototype in the under $20k range, specifically purposed to raise additional funds.
