[licensed] Admin user stuck

Today we encountered a strange problem, the admin user for the admintool seemed to be completely stuck. We could not kick,disconnect or logout this user by a jsp. Checking the socket of the user showed that it was no connected nor open. This forced us to restart the server. Any idea what happened and/or how to prevent this from happening again?
