I spent a while looking myself, for 1.6.x it's http://www.smartfoxserver.com/download/get/57, or from the main page, there's a tab (below the main tabs) with "Updates". It's in the Android/Java SE" download. There's a similar link for the 2.0 client libraries from here: http://www.smartfoxserver.com/download/sfs2x#p=updates
