[Paid] Need SFServer Java/Thread Expert

Hello!

We are using SmartFox and Flash and have built a virtual world with many complicated serverside extensions and data center setups. We need an expert to help us solve our stability issues and per-server CCU limitations.

Optimize and debug java server code
Solve stability issues
Solve our low CCU cap problem
Add metrics and instrumentation for our admin tools
Help us set up and stabilize our move to Terracotta

We are based in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA but we are flexible with hours and working remotely.
Yes our project is a game (MMO) so we are fun-loving people, but these issues are not fun and this will not be a simple job- it will however be well compensated. Serious and capable experienced engineers only please.
