<Moderators>
<Mod Nick="Mod" pwd="test"
</Moderators>
but i dont want my nick to show as [mod] after it i want it as [Admin]
is this possible?
In this case 'mod' is not a prefics or suffics - it's the username of the moderator itself

To add [admin] before nick just change "Mod" to "[admin]yourUsername". The pwd property is the password for this moderator.
Be careful: moderators may have more privilages than regular users.(In the theoavatar example I don't found a difference)
Of course you can just login as '[admin]qwerty' or '[mod]qwerty'. And any one else can add '[admin]' after or before his/her nick no matter if he/she has or not mod or amdin privilages. And don't know if there is any may you can prevent it without extension. You can add 'admin' in badwords list. But this fillter works for ALL users - moderators also. You can use it to prevent users to add 'admin' to thier username, but this will prevent also you from adding it to your nick

If no is there a way for me to create my own say make peole available to get "[VIP]" after name?
I can't uderstand what you mean. But it's seems the answer is there is no way without extensions, or at least without user variable that store that this user is VIP.
In both cases you must have at least basic knowlege on flash, actionscript, and smartfoxserver.
Hope this help.
